CoreBalance Health, PC does not collect data and sell it to third parties. Your information is protected in a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record. All communications between client/patient and provider are confidential.
Force Majeure
CoreBalance Health, PC will not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of our agreement for the period that such failure or delay is: beyond the reasonable control of a party, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, and could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against. This will not excuse failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects.
Examples of qualifying Force Majeure events include, to the extent beyond CoreBalance Health, PC's reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, or generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
The parties stipulate that Force Majeure shall not include the novel Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic, which is ongoing as of the date of the execution of this agreement.
